Lazel, Amanda, and I decided we needed some real Mexican food (it's impossible to find here!) so last Friday we made some! We had enchiladas, rice and beans, and fried ice cream, and it was all sooooo good. I have missed Mexican food so much here! I'm so glad I have friends who love to experiment with me! We had tons of fun making all the yummy food and having some girl time. :]
